Simple yet so delicious. Taste of India. Recipe and answering a few questions

{Instagram filter}

One dish that is very popular in our household is famous Garam Masala. As you might know my husband is from India (Punjab, North of India) and they have super spicy food which I love! Before I met my husband I didn't like spicy food to be honest. Lol! Our son {Emilio / Mio} is half Swedish and half Punjab which makes it so much easier to do spicy food. I can honestly say that Mio do not like regular Swedish food as much as Indian food so in our household it is a lot of Indian food. I'll later try make Arabic food etc. Just to try out...

I got two questions before on my Instagram that I thought I could write the answers on here in my blog.

Q. Why don't you show your son's face?
A. Before I showed Emilio's face but later decided to remove those photos and blur /cover his face because I don't want to post photos of him without letting him decide when he grows up.. If that makes any sense. Hm đŸ€” also the dad and I had a lot of talks about this before and we came to the conclusion that we don't want to show Emilios face until he is old enough to decide himself.
Q. Why do you never show us your husband?
A. It goes same there as the one above except M is old enough to decide if he wants his face to be shown or not and in this case, he doesn't and I respect that. Not everyone like to have their face shown on the internet and my husband is one of them.

Honest Review; Demi Lovato - Simply Complicated

I just watched the YouTube originals documentary about Demi Lovato called "Simply Complicated". I've been a fan of Demi for years and years. Not gonna lie but I have never watched her documentaries because I always thought they would change my view of Demi and honestly it did.. But not in a bad way.. I have always had respect for her knowing some parts of her life (what I have heard and read about. I don't know Demi personally) with the bullying, addictions etc but after watching this documentary - oh wow. I cried on so many moments on this "show" or what to say instead of repeating the word "documentary". I've more respect for Demi and her life now..

Starting at a young age thinking about death, wondering how a funeral would feel etc to later in life struggle with addiction of drugs and pills. Wow.

My honest reviews is a "series" where I will either try something ~ beauty product, food etc or even just write about a show, documentary etc and giving you my 100% truth and opinions about it.

▶ DEMI LOVATO ~ SIMPLY COMPLICATED
RATE; ●●●●●  {five dots out of five
Comment; If you thought you know your "idol" you are wrong. You will learn so much more about her and her life in this documentary ~ its insane!

Demi has been in a public eye since she was in a very young age (If I remember correctly she had her first gig on The Barney Show) and to grow up in spotlights, dealing with demons on head etc ~ horrible.

I know I just repeat in this post but I'm literally out of words.. She is one strong woman and I can honestly say that iam a true lovatic.

If you want to watch the documentary yourself, you CLICK HERE to come to it. The documentary is 1H and 18M long. I highly recommend you to watch it . Being a celebrity aren't all roses and rainbows.

10 funny, random and delightful things about me and my life

Hello my loves! I hope you all are fine today! I have been thinking all day about this post. It will be that kind of post "get to know me / who am I" post but funny version. Hopefully you will think that 😅

Why don't you tell me 5 or 10 things about you?
đŸ„° I would love to read and get to know you!

▶  I don't know how to do some things in math ( / and x for an example) but knows how to calculate areas etc.
▶ I've learned English by myself. No help in school. I learned English through a group chat on a website when I was younger.
▶ I'm learning all about social media / internet managing / stuff like that by myself
▶ I'm learning Arabic by myself {no school or so}
▶ On the same time I'm learning Arabic, I'm trying to teach my son Punjab {I'm learning that as well}
▶ I didn't like spicy food until I met my husband ~ now I'm obsessed!
▶ When I married my husband I was supposed to have taken the last name "Kaur" which means Princess on Punjab but I went with "Singh" which means Lion. All females are named Kaur in surname / lastname and all men are named Singh. So I guess I'm a man now 😂
▶ I want to move away from Sweden but I don't know where (probably Spain or Greece) and how 😭 any ideas and advice?
▶ I find it very hard to write lists or talk about myself so I always say that people should ask me what they want to know and I will answer them.
▶ I've been blogging for years! But under different names etc but now I'm here and it's under my name 😊
